Our company started back in November 2000. We have always aimed to provide an unbeatable combination of competitive prices and good customer service.
This online store was launched back in August 2002. Since then we have seen business steadily grow and we now receive about 5,000 hits a month.

Making A Purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Catalog, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Order" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.
Sorry minimum order is £10.00 uk and £15.00 sterling internationally.
We accept , Visa, Mastercard,Eurocard,JCB,Switch,Solo,Visa Electron, Maestro via paypal We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Backordered items are not charged until they are shipped. We will try and do our very best to send your order to you the same day or the next day.Items not in stock within 14 days. Back Orders If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait. All orders over the weight of first class recorded will go by Royal Mail parcel service.

To guarantee your satisfaction, all our products come with a 14 DAY NO QUIBBLE GUARANTEE. Simply return the item unused and undamaged in its original packaging for a full refund (minus 10% delivery surcharge).
When goods are returned using our 14 day no quibble guarantee we will refund the full purchase price of the goods, but not the postage and packaging. However in the case of faulty goods, or goods which we have requested that you return to us, we will refund the full purchase price of the goods plus postage and packaging, and your reasonable costs incurred whilst returning the goods.
When using the 14 day no quibble guarantee and returning goods over £20 in value, we advise you to insure against loss or damage in transit; we will not credit for goods that are subsequently lost or damaged. The cost of this service is minimal and is payable at the Post Office Counter AT THE TIME OF POSTING.
Faulty Goods
If the goods your ordered turn out to be faulty or arrive in a damaged condition, you must inform us within 7 days and we will offer you a full refund. If faulty, we will provide you with your choice of refund or replacement as soon as possible, and no later than 30 days of agreeing to provide you with the refund. If however, the goods returned are found to be working we will return the item(s) to you and an administration fee of 10% will be charged to you to cover delivery charges.

As a consumer, you have the benefit of our 14 day no-quibble guarantee. If you have made a mistake in your order, you are covered. If we have made a mistake in your order, please contact us, and we will do our utmost to ensure the problem is resolved to your satisfaction.
