Magickal Pentagrams Magickal Pentagrams
A key symbol in the western magickal tradition, the Pentagram is a 5-pointed star representing the four elements of Earth, Air, Fire and Water surmounted by the Spirit. It is inscribed in the Air by western Magicians and Witches during the ritual creation and cleansing of elemental energy within the magickal circle and is also used for protection and purification by practitioners of High Magick in the Banishing Ritual of the Lesser Pentagram.
The Magickal Pentagrams in this range come from a number of different magickal traditions and were designed for many different purposes.
All Pentagrams in this range are made from silver and/or gold plated lead free pewter and embellished with Swarovski Crystals.

Viking Rune Charm Pendants Viking Rune Charm Pendants
Rune Charms have been inspired by the shape of natural stone and rock, and are produced in solid, lead-free pewter. All charms are supplied with an empowerment leaflet and black hanging thong.
Runes were used by the ancient Nordic people as a magical language. Their uses ranged from writing messages and making charms or talismans to predicting the future and magical work.
The runes are approximately 1/2" wide x 1 1/4" long
In Anglo-Saxon English and Old Norse, the word Rune meant secret law, mystery and magical signs. Rune Masters, who could be male or female, were considered to be the most important people in the community next to the village chief. Identified by their deep blue cloaks and leather charm pouches which they wore at their belts, the Rune Masters would normally carry a bronze-tipped wooden staff carved with runic inscriptions to show their power and status.

The front of the charm has the image of the Crab, Scorpio, etc. surrounded by all the astrological symbols.
